Mediation: broadly refers to a facilitated conversation in which a third party helps others reach agreement. Mediation has a structure, timetable and dynamics that “ordinary” negotiation lacks and allows participants to solve their issues privately. The process is private and confidential, possibly enforced by law. Participation is typically voluntary. The mediator acts as a neutral third party and facilitates rather than directs the process.

Parent Teen Mediation:

Family Mediation: is not just for those families going through transition who prefer not to go to court, it is also appropriate for unresolved issues between siblings, in-laws and other family matters.

Parent Co-ordination is a child-focused dispute resolution process for separated families.
